We both loved the massage, best one ever! We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool:) the only small comment I can think of was the coffee in the relaxation room: the milk in the machine had gone off:s

Had the rejuvenation package for me and a friend for our birthday! Arriving at the spa it was clean and well presented however the staff were very unprofessional and this continued...
The sauna and swimming area were great and we loved the outdoor swimming and the rest of the facilities. We then went into the treatment area and were just told to go to the end of the hall. We found a small room were there was a coffee machine etc but very basic. The treatments were OK however the head massage was not as expected and was more painful than relaxing during the treatment all we could hear was people chatting and being loud in the hall. After the treatments we were told to go back to the tiny room and were told again by another staff member that our afternoon tea was ready which was cold, have two sandwich choices on, freezing cold scones and cakes we had to help ourself to tea and coffe from the ran down kitchen area where there was no spoons and not a lot of options. We then overheard staff on mobiles and messing around which included inappropriate language. Overall the staff ruined it for us, very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend wasting money on this as I've been to smaller facilities and not as well known in the area and been treated far much better! From walking from the front desk were a lovely lady directed us to the spa the facilities and experience dropped by 90%. This is not a good reflection of the hotel as we have visited many of times and I have also booked my wedding here for 2018!! So I hope they make a vast improvement and gain new staff who have good manners!!
For us the staff made it! Took mum in wheelchair staff were extremely helpful and friendly. food, spa treatments, pool and facilities were better than expected one or too areas looked tired but it is being decorated.

We had an thoroughly relaxing spa day & left feeling throughly rejuvenated. The spa facilities were very good with plenty of options of different sauna's,steam rooms & jacuzzi's. The massage treatments exceeded my expectations & we're very enjoyable. We had complimentary drinks throughout the day as well as a delicious lunch. We would be happy to return again. Staff on the day we're professional & nothing was too much trouble.
