The venue is beautiful and relaxing. Shannon is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. As it was my first time having balayage on my hair, Shannon clearly explained the process and answered all my questions about the colour and cut. I have curly dark hair and brown skin tone so it was important to get the colour right - and Shannon did an excellent job at making sure the result suited me! Everyone has been complimenting my hair non-stop; my mom has even booked an appt to get her hair done!

Took mom to get a patch test done after having my hair balayage and cut with Shannon - she’s fantastic and her work looks amazing! Shannon was so lovely with mom, explaining everything, answering questions and helping mom to decide on what she wanted with some really good advice!

Shannon gave me an amazing pixie cut and made me feel amazing !! I love it and everyone has been complimenting me :) I felt at ease in the salon as Shannon really listened to me and what I wanted, she was also super friendly and chatty. I find it difficult to find hairdressers who will do short haircuts, so I highly recommend her. Would definitely return xxx
