Lovely personal service. Very attentive and careful with the pedicure process. Great service and nice to have the option of eater, coffee and tea to enjoy whilst having my feet pampered.

Personally wouldn’t return to Urban Rose for a hair cut/colour. Not happy with the overall result. My appointment was booked for 11:30 and I wasn’t seated until 12:05pm so think 35 minutes late is a bit much. Didn’t rate Becky as a hair stylist as my hair was completely different to the picture I showed at the beginning. I wanted to keep my natural brown with some soft caramel highlights and I’ve come out very blonde and it looks yellow. Not cheap so pretty disappointed.
