Amazing experience! First time having a facial after a long time. The Urban Rose salon was beautiful and clean and I felt relaxed and comfortable from the minute I got there. Jade was fantastic, very kind, gentle and helpful, explained to me the process, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable.
