What I really liked at Urban Rose is that it is small and friendly, not too busy and you feel more relaxed with it like that, Shannon is absolutely brilliant at what she does, very informative about treatments and cuts, and an absolute brilliant stylist, She knows my hair very well now as I have used her a few times before she knows exactly what I like
