The Ultimate You is a wellness centre run by Sheren Gaulbert, a trained cognitive hypnotherapist.

Located in Clerkenwell - close to King's Cross station - Sheren opened The Ultimate You to help people suffering from stress, anxiety, phobias and low self-esteem through the use of life coaching, anger management and counselling.

As no two people are the same, Sheren offers a tailored approach to fit each person's specific needs. Each person's unique experience of their problem is understood before they are given practical techniques and tools to utilise in future.
