Definitely will be coming back and would recommend to all my friends. We had a combined swedish and hot stone massage, and the two masseurs were very attentive, made sure that the stones were warm enough but not too hot. I get quite bad knots in my back and straight away my masseur noticed and said she will work on these specifically. It worked wonders. I asked for extra pressure and the maasage was exactly what I needed.
It is an unusual set up, felt cosy, good massage, friendly staff , would definetely recommend this place.
I took advantage of a Groupon offer for a gel manicure and expected to have to pay extra to have my existing gel polish removed - but I thought another £12 was excessive. A plumbing problem in their treatment room necessitated my manicure being done in the front reception room (not their fault) - but it was so dark I think the manicurist (who was very nice) had trouble seeing sufficiently and so had to re-do one hand, and the other one is not wearing well after 2 days. Sorry - I won't be returning.
