My beautician (Courtney) rushed my manicure and also left bumps in the varnish. Also didn't spend as long on my pedicure pamper as I would've liked as I came away still with some dry skin on my heel. I believe I was the last customer and she must have been in a rush to go home? They did however offer to redo the mani but at this point it was so late in the day and I had a busy schedule. They offered me a partial refund instead.

Had a lovely couples massage would have liked to have been offered a selection of oils and asked about how the pressure was. Despite that it was relaxing and enjoyable

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Never had hot stones massage before and was pleasantly surprised. Overall good value for money
