The massage from the masseuse was nice & pleasant. It was difficult to make contact with the salon. Those methods & channels need to be improved.

Very nice place with comfy sofa and interesting tea room where good coffee is served. My husband and I had a hot stone massage and it was great. Very very relaxing, nice and long, at first warm, slow and calming and at the end refreshing with a warm towel, which with its rough texture, gives you an impression of nice exfoliation too.
Very nice service&staff; it was easy to book via phone and then alternate the booking again.
Would recommend and would go back myself again!

The massage was lovely and the therapist was very nice. Unfortunately as she was working alone she had to stop to go and let a client in the door and do a skin test!! Also my treatment finished 10 mins early which I didn’t realise until I got home and realised I’d actually come out of there at 7pm when my treatment was 6.10pm start. With the break in between it really should have been 7.15pm.
