The flexibility on suitable late hours of service was a huge benefit especially when working 9-5pm weekdays. Staff were very welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Massage was good however only my back areas were massaged, would have expected the therapist to massage the front of my legs and upper chest/neck.
Therapist was quite chatty, which helped put my partner at ease - being his first session.

Lovely environment, and Amanda is really friendly and makes the whole experience fun but also relaxing. She has done wonders with my back. Great staff all round.

Been here previously and had a great experience. This time experience was much less enjoyable. Downstairs room desperately needs soundproofing, could hear cafe noise and all the words of a conversation throughout the treatment, not relaxing. Door also opens almost into the cafe so doesn't feel private, swapping hinges so it opened the other way would help a lot.
Staff were really lovely but didn't find my massage to be very good unfortunately. Far too much slimy oil, hardly any pressure, came away feeling like I'd not had one especially as couldn't relax in that room. Last time I went (different masseuse) I thought it was an excellent massage so hoping this was just an off day as it is such a lovely little place, I really want to like it.
