Lovely and very relaxing massage with Ellie. Great pressure and very friendly. I was in an upstairs room so the tea room noise didn't bother me much but would have probably felt less relaxed if I was in the downstairs room. The hour whizzed by and I wa enjoying myself do much I wished I'd booked the extra half hour! She checked if the temperature was ok for me with the stones which were perfect and I felt very relaxed around Ellie. Would definitely recommend.

The studio feels like a home. Staff are excellent, they engaged me and my husband in a conversation throughout the session so it wasn’t boring. I will come back soon.

You need to be more prepared for treatments, not going out and coming back, have the products next to bed for continuity and flow. Also better not to talk during treament, only engage if the customer wishes to talk. Be aware when you offer 30 min treatment thats what you get (more like 20 to 25 mins) Another issue is to keep the ambience the girls should have quiet footwear (silent) two did one did not, more like noisy outdoor shoes. One girl had socks, good, another soft shoes, good, the third sounded like marching boots, which disappointed the overall experience. Teas for three were not for three, short changed on some items
