Overall very good but felt slightly uncomfortable in the waiting room where a large party were having afternoon tea, which left very little room for waiting customers, so I felt in the way & as if I were intruding.

Booked a few weeks in advance. Only to be cancelled at 9am on the day for a 2pm appt. Shame as had booked the day off work with a friend. Should have read other reviews before, as I now know this happens often.

Really enjoyable visit to Swanley Treatment studio the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient I would definitely return and the value for money with their current deals is excellent..
