I rang to book and left a message. The message said they would ring back in 48 hours and they did. I was a little worried as there was some negative comments I had read, I found the staff welcoming and I asked for a relaxing massage and that’s exactly what I got. It’s at the back of a Vape Shop, so it’s not luxurious but there was mood music and it was very clean and definitely worth the money I paid. Couldn’t fault the massage. Thank you.

Had a couples massage at the treatment studio. We were a little surprised by the Venue when we first arrived but it was the most amazing massage, we both thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for more.

After an initial concern about the change of venue to the website, I was surprised so see a lovely warm, dark, relaxing room. The facial was lovely and the hand/foot massage topped it off. Will defiantly be returning for another!

Amanda is a really lovely lady.although i found the Swedish massage a bit on the soft side compared to what I'm used to.
I'm giving a 3 star because it was difficult to get someone on the phone to book the appointment; although they did call back within 48 hours (more like 24hours) as promised. I found the person who booked the appointment impolite and impatient whilst I was trying to retrieve my groupon coupon ID number.

Massage itself was good and staff friendly. Securing a booking was awful. Couldn’t get through by phone at all.
