The two ladies that looked after us were lovely, our treatments were amazing. Far better than what we originally expected. When we first turned up we were a little put off by the fact it was literally a converted house in a residential street, we wondered what we'd let ourselves in for. But in actual fact, we were the only ones there at the time and the staff were lovely so it was actually perfect. I was very happy with my spray tan. Body exfoliation and hot stone massage. The only two negative points were that we had to wait almost an hour in quite a hot room before we were taken upstairs to begin our spa day. And at the end of our visit we had an afternoon tea included, which I really did not rate. It was a scone each with whipped, not clotted cream and then a couple of shop bought slices of cake. Loving my food, I was quite disappointed with this, as we were delayed so much at the beginning I was starving! However I would definitely go back and have more treatments there! Over all, happy!
We had a lovely welcome by Charlotte. We were a bit early, and they were very busy. However, it was 20 mins past my appointment time before we went through. The treatments were really good, and the afternoon tea was very welcome afterwards.
Very simple but nice studio, staff were friendly but walking around in there socks just didn't seem professional.
Massage and scrub was good but the scrub was just swiped on not really rubbed in.
Afternoon tea was also nice but again very minimal not much to it.
The relaxation room could do with some music instead the phone was somewhere in there and constantly beeping could also hear people leaving messages which ruined the atmosphere.
Overall good experience however a robe and slippers upon arrival would be good and maybe some finger sandwiches for afternoon tea.
Staff were lovely
