Wow! We booked via a groupon deal, so you are never sure what you will get! The location was unusual in terms of being in a residential location, but the service was excellent. It was very friendly and you were treated like friends rather than customers. Our therapists were friendly and chatty when required and professional at the appropriate times. The location is not huge, but does exactly what it needs to and the 'family' feel is actually really nice. Had a lovely treatment and so did my friend who had never had hot stones before. Would definitely go back now I know where to find them! Thankyou to all involved from the ease of booking to the enjoyment of the day!!

Really relaxing treatment and very good therapists who seemed experience and knowledgeable. Bit of a random venue as within a row of terrace houses. Parking could be a problem depending on time of treatment.

On arrival I was asked if I needed a drink, very good customer service! The atmosphere at The Treatment studio is very calming and very welcoming. 5 out of 5 for me. Very good service and great value for money.
