Not quite what I expected. The treatment studio is in a converted terraced house which is quite quaint but misses the elements of other spas. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as it is a very narrow road with residential parking so finding a space can be an issue. The waiting/relaxation area is extremely small and the stairs to treatment rooms very steep. The rooms are basic with little sound proofing so you hear the telephone and chatter non-stop. There were no extras like a heated couch and the massage was minimalist compared to others I've had i.e. no shoulder and neck massage when you lie on your back. After my body scrub and shower I came back to lie on the same couch cover just turned inside out and I could feel the cool scrub through the material which was really cold and uncomfortable. Prices did not reflect the less than ideal environment although the staff were very friendly and nice.
