Unfortunately not the best experience. I asked for a tidy up but did explain that I hadn’t had them threaded in a while.
The thread felt quite rough and I obviously needed more direction on where to/ how to pull the skin as I have a couple of skin cuts but there was no acknowledgement of this. I then had to ask for some lotion after the treatment.
To be fair, eye brows are fairly equal, but the treatment felt rushed and I have never had cuts from threading before.

This salon is decent but a bit pricey compared to others. I went with a junior therapist and it still cost me more than what I would normally pay for hollywood waxing in other places. The junior therapist was good but lacked a bit of experience I guess which made the whole thing last something like 45 mins. A bit too long for what I needed (maintenance.. I'm usually done in 15 min with someone more experienced).. but anyway.. overall good experience.
