The atmosphere and overall experience at the treatment room was lovely, I could really relax. Jane was really chatty and friendly which was so nice! I really enjoyed having the treatment. Would have been helpful to have had a email explaining not to come with contact lenses in - I didn't know this and because my prescription is -7 I would have struggled to get home if it wasn't for my husband dropping my glasses off. I also had a few black marks around my eye after the treatment.
