Staff were very friendly, and listened to what I wanted in terms of my manicure and pressure for my massage. I felt amazing after and my nails look great! Lauren also helped me pick out colours for my wedding. I’m going back for the whole bridal package later in the year.

I really enjoyed the massage, but I guess I miscommunicated with therapist because I wanted a bit more focus on my neck. In any case, the massage was very good :) just make sure you are clear about the main points you want your massage to be focused on!

Usually always a good experience and love my nails afterwards. This was no different. Staff are nice and friendly. One thing I would say is that appointments often overrun meaning you often start late which can be a bit frustrating if you need to stick to a schedule.
