I first started coming to the treatment room about 6 months ago, my nails were an absolute mess (my fault as I bite & pick at them) and it always made me feel self-conscious about my hands.
Sophia has changed this completely for me, my nails are glorious, healthy, strong and have grown into such a beautiful shape!!

Freya was very helpful where she could be. I was a little disappointed that the towels were wet and seemed to be dirty which wasn't very reassuring but Freya tried to sort it quite quickly!

The Treatment room is nice to go to and looks good and my manicure looked good when initially done but unfortunately didn't even last a week. This is the second time I went as wanted to give them another go but both times my gel polish chipped after less than a week. Normally I would expect gel nails to last at least 3 weeks. The gel is very soft and is just not a good and strong finish.
