A welcoming & spotlessly clean environment and Maddy was efficient and thorough. I left feeling pampered and looked after and I enjoyed the experience so much I have rebooked with additional treatments as it is obvious that the team wants to offer a great service to their clients. The massage was good but was difficult to drift off and disconnect cause of the noise, there were people running upstairs (I assume it's residential) and the staff working in this salon were chatting loudly just outside the door, the noise isolation is poor. Then, Alexa decided to play some pop/techno music and start recommending to sign up for a free trial. It's a shame cause this was my first massage and was supposed to be a treat, I don't feel like I got the full experience for the price.
