Lauren was lovely and made me feel super comfortable! She really listened to what results were a priority for me and adapted the facial to suit my skin. Could not recommend more

The technician was good and polite and seemed skilled. She took me straight away with no wait. However, the lash lift did not work on me. My lashes did not look any different after the treatment.
Also, my lashes need the tint to be left a little longer and I asked the lady to leave it longer. She didnt leave it long enough so theres almost no difference.

This is my first time getting the Pro-Bright facial - but certainly not the last! I have concerns with pigmentation and Lauren was excellent in managing my expectations for the treatment, the results as well with the specific aftercare. Thank you!!!
