The treatment room is very welcoming and you feel comfortable from the moment you step inside. All staff are smiley and friendly. Nicola is very professional and tailored my dermalogica facial to suit my individual concerns. Facial was amazing and my skin was glowing afterwards for a couple of days. I felt very relaxed lovely gentle chilled tunes and lighting and back and shoulder massage was so good focusing on knots in the right shoulder felt so much looser afterwards. Would highly recommend
