I turned up 15 minutes early as I assumed there would be forms to fill in or a consultation on my first visit. I was asked to pay on arrival then whisked downstairs to the treatment room. No type of consult at all. Massage was just ok. I did not leave feeling on cloud 9 which usually happens for me after a salon visit. I was considering using their hydrotherapy but decided not to as I need to feel really at ease for such treatments.
