Booked a last minute foot reflexology session. The Therapy Room is an oasis in Ladbroke Grove! Clean, calm and tranquil ambience. Once I handed was in the safe hands of the lovely, friendly, patient and immediately trusting reflexologist, we went through areas that required focus. The music was soothing, she lead me through a guided visualisation to help calm me and after that, my feet were in heaven getting the focus they deserved - could not have asked for more. Exceeded expectations! Certainly will go back and highly considering regular sessions. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

I went in today for a sports massage for my lower back. They squeezed my in during my lunch hour and provided a good message at a very good price.massage. Highly recommended!
The staff were both professional and approachable and were able to answer all my questions. Will definitely be going back soon, I was really impressed with the service and the results.
Just what i needed! As i box, my hands, feet and back are all tools of my trade. The reflexology made me feel as though i was walking on clouds, and the aromatherapy was extremely relaxing and removed all the knots and stiff muscles in my back. I also received a brilliant manicure, i was pleasantly surprised with the whole service and will definitely be back!
