This was my first experience visiting the Therapy Room and it was a plesant expereince. Helena was welcoming, professional and friendly. Her room was very clean and she created a relaxing environment. Helena put me at ease throughout and explained each step. This was the most comfortable I have felt during a wax. I'd highly reccommend.
