I experienced a deeply enjoyable, tailor made massage from Helena. Helena was very warm and professional and I would definitely recommend her and return to experience more of her treatments.
Usually when you book 1-hour massages they last a maximum of 50 minutes and you are given the "standard" treatment... This experience was none of the kind. Helena truly took her time in asking about my wishes, listening to me and suggesting what treatment she would give me so that I got the most out of my time there. She then spent the entire hour giving me a wonderful massage that not only left me feeling more relaxed but also more flexible. Towards the end of the session she helped me do some calf and hip stretches that have really helped my mobility already. All in all I was there for an hour and a half which was really nice because I didn't get the feeling that she was rushing me or trying to get me quickly out of there.
The room was very clean and had a great atmosphere and it is definitely not the last time I am going to see her - perhaps next time I will try some of her beauty treatments too :)
