Helena was able to rearrange my appointment after a mix up for the same day. The salon is relaxing and Helena concentrated on my trouble areas with a firm pressure. It's really conveniently located for me in West London (just across from the station) and is more than worth the cost. I plan to keep this place as my monthly treat!
