the hairdresser upstairs had booked by hair to be done at the same time as my nails which led to utter chaos, where I was being moved upstairs and down constantly and was out of there 1hour 15 minutes after I said I had to be. My pedicure was rushed so didn't have time to dry properly so was smudged by the time I got home and my nails aren't great other because of the awkward way the beautician had to do them (whilst my hair was being cut and in between other appointments). Laura was great, very friendly, but The Therapy Rooms has fiddled with the appointment without telling her so the whole thing was rushed and the final product not great. Real shame and not Gravity's fault

Helena was an excellent therapist and attentive with keen eye for detail. The salon was a little dated but it seemed perfectly clean and the treatment was very good. It was a fair price for central London, I'd book again.
