Helena was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt taken in charge and that she understood my needs and issues (I had injured my neck a few days before the appointment). She suggested I had a deep tissue massage to release the tension in my shoulders and as she worked I could feel her unknotting the areas where I needed it (there's pleasure in pain). I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Helena made me comfortable and at ease straight away and created an environment that was relaxed and secure. She ensured she knew all relevant information prior to the massage and the massage itself was phenomenal! She explained the whole time what she was doing and why. Most of my injuries have arisen from running but she attended to many more areas. She provided appropriate advice and I drank a LOT of water afterwards to flush out those toxins!! I will be booking my next appointment very soon! Thank you.
