Helena explained what to expect in a deep tissue massage and asked me which areas in particular I wanted to focus on. She helped to loosen two really big knots in my shoulder and used very consistent and strong (which I liked) pressure throughout. She was very kind to give me a heat pack at the end to use to loosen my muscles as well - a very thoughtful gesture. She told me I would feel slightly achy the day after, which was true enough but I definitely felt a lot looser by the end of the following day. I'm looking forward to going back for another massage as I'm sure the knots will build up over time. Thanks Helena! :)

Sometimes I have to wait a bit before starting my massage, because Helena may be busy with waxing etc… but her hands make always me forgetting about it.

Don't be put off that it's at the back of a chemist. Best wax i've ever had - least painful and Helena was very nice and considerate. Really really good service and definitely worth the price.
