Helena was very knowledgeable and took the time to ask about what I wanted out of the massage so she could best tailor it, and gave great advice afterwards! Ambience was very relaxing, massage was great, shoulders feel much more relaxed now. I’ll definitely be going back!

This was my first lymphatic massage after having my liposuction surgery. It went really well and also was given helpful tips on how to keep my blood circulation going whilst sitting for long hours at work. Would definitely recommend The Therapy Room if you’ve had liposuction and want to reduce the swelling.
