Helena is a very positive, welcoming person. My brazilian was done perfectly! No hairs left, straight lines and it was almost painless. Helena always asks you if the result is what you had in mind, if not, no effort is too much. Even though a brazilian is not my definition of having fun, I always enjoy going to the Therapy Room!
