Amazing massage - I use the gym 5 times a week and my muscles become very tight. Helena knew exactly how to relax them again. Lovely technique & gave me the firmness I requested. Also a warm, friendly person so made me feel at ease. Enjoyed the rainforest type music in the background and the dim lighting - very relaxing =D
