A no-frills environment, but lovely and clean. At first, the treatment was just straight, focused and thorough foot reflexology - I had hoped for more of a release with a good food massage. But then, the fun began: strong, direct and to the (reflexology) point(s) massage and pressure on what ailed me. My plantar fasciitis has, over the past few years, left me effectively lame when I have to walk more than 45 minutes. She spent a few extra minutes telling me about what I need to do to manage my condition. After my treatment with Helena, I’ve been almost back to normal, experiencing minimal pain and able to walk for a few hours before I get any real pain. I hope to go back once more before I leave London in a few days. Helena is as wonderful a person as she is a talented reflexologist. Highly recommended.

Helena is absolutely amazing! The pressure was great and she could feel all the tightness that I forgot to mention beforehand. She worked on those areas really well which I'm very impressed with. Definitely visiting again as soon as!
