Helena is such a warm lovely lady, makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I went for my first ever bikini wax and she made sure I was feeling relaxed. The treatment was painful but the pain is very quickly forgotten however the kindness and loving care of Helena is what sticks in the head :) Would totally recommend.
