Felt a bit nervous as I had a staggering amount of “Lockdown growth” on my back. It was thick, and I knew it was gonna be an ordeal getting rid of it! But thanks to Helena’s warm, friendly, and professional demeanour, my mind was put at ease, and was no more uncomfortable than every other wax.
