Helena was very warm and welcoming.
She is experienced in what she does and was able to give some great advice and explained what the treatment ( manual lymphatic drainage massage) involved, and possible benefits.
The massage treatment room was clean and a very relaxing environment. Scented candles and relaxing music added to ambience.
I will book again.
