Phenomenal reflexology!! After fighting of pneumonia I have been so exhausted- physically and emotionally…Helena is magic! My lungs and chest feel so much more open and my breathing feels so much easier. Helena picks up on things I haven’t registered and helps relief the pressure and tension…if I could come daily I would!!
