Booked a deep tissue massage with Helena, concentrating mainly on my back and thighs, she applied plenty of long stokes with a good amount of pressure and was very knowledgeable on how your body would feel afterwards and now to look after yourself, after two days I felt so much better and less tight, I would recommend her to anyone feeling the aches and pains associated with getting old
