Sharon was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. There seems to be a misconception that sports massages need to hurt, and let me tell you this didn’t hurt at all. I was skeptial that it had even done anything because it felt so gentle, but all my neck pain is gone and no more headaches! She’s a miracle worker. Highly recommend

Sharon initially trained in Sports Massage at St Mary’s University Twickenham and continues to develop her skills and knowledge in Soft Tissue Therapy & Yoga. Sharon competes as a GB Masters athlete recently achieving Silver & Bronze at Europeann Masters Venice, in 4x100m and 4x400m Sharon understands the impacts on the body of hard training from a personal experience and having previously worked in the city, Sharon understands the stresses and strains alongside physical tensions from office-based work....long hours and commuting. Sharon draws on a variety of skills and knowledge gained over the years, to help clients relax and improve range of movement.
