Sharon was fantastic and I was so grateful to her for her help! She really knows what she’s talking about and the massage left my body feeling much better. Sharon initially trained in Sports Massage at St Mary’s University Twickenham and continues to develop her skills and knowledge in Soft Tissue Therapy & Yoga. Sharon competes as a GB Masters athlete recently achieving Silver & Bronze at Europeann Masters Venice, in 4x100m and 4x400m Sharon understands the impacts on the body of hard training from a personal experience and having previously worked in the city, Sharon understands the stresses and strains alongside physical tensions from office-based work....long hours and commuting. Sharon draws on a variety of skills and knowledge gained over the years, to help clients relax and improve range of movement.
