Had a problem with the waxing but the salon were great at sorting it out, so great customer service - restored my confidence a bit.

I booked the amazing de-stress package, which included a back massage, shoulder massage and facial. My masseuse was very thorough and asked what pressure I wanted at the beginning. The massage was brilliant!
