Really loved my haircut, showed Mihaela a picture and she recreated it beautifully. Very friendly, chatty lady. Has such a wide repertoire of hairdressing and beauty treatments as well.

I am so pleased with my haircut, the effort put into my hair was outstanding. I didn’t turn up with an easy request, my hair was already short- ish and needed rescuing from a previous cut which I’d had the previous day elsewhere. Thankyou very much for sorting me out, much appreciated

Went in for a last minute blow dry. Mihaela was wam and friendly but the ashtray outside the door was full and put me off. The interior is old and tired, water is leaking through the ceiling tiles. On arrival she ushered me straight to the sink and started to wash my hair, with scalding hot water. At no point did she ask how i wanted my hair or explain the conditioning treatment. She then rough dried my hair and straightened it with irons that were too hot. I left with burnt smelly hair.
