The hairdresser seemed stressed because she couldn’t get a car park space… so the haircut suffered for it. Didn’t comb hair at the start, or ask where parting was. Started cutting layers from crown not back of hair (never ever had that before) Used straighteners but didn’t dampen hair and comb it tight to cut back. It looked ok in the salon but when I got home the back was not straight at all. Some bits were 1-2 cms longer than the rest. Husband had to damp it cut it straight
