Hair seemed to come out alright but the methods of straightening curly hair to cut were unusual, the blow drying was very rough and I was scared my hair was breaking or being damaged. Having it straightened meant I couldn't see how the cut actually was on my curly hair. I'm not sure I trust that the layers were put in or that my hair was cut straight. She was sweet and my hair did look nice at the end but salon quite a dive!

I felt the therapist was rushing, she took too much off the front of one eyebrow (and clearly didn't judge the measurement right) making them start unevenly - now I have to wait until it grows back. All of the find hairs weren't taken off.
She did seem to know about the shape for underneath. But all in all, not a satisfying treatment.
