Really recommend going to Lucy for hypno! Lucy made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me as someone who was a bit cautious at first. Once I understood how safe and secure I'd with Lucy I definitely wanted to give this a go. Lucy sent a well-written and thorough plan for the sessions and she tailored them based on information I told her, it added a personal touch to the relaxation visualisations. Each session she knew exactly how to get the right information out of me, especially when conducting the parts therapy and her analysis was really thought-through and intelligent. It really changed my perception of how I conduct my daily life in an incredibly positive way. She always checked in with me afterwards to see how I was feeling and ensured that any questions were answered.

I have worked with Lucy for several regression sessions. I have found her to be warm, caring, and compassionate. Some of my sessions were quite complicated and involved various different energies coming in. She held the space well, kept us on track, and was able to deal with a spirit release within the session as well. She is also able to bring in her Reiki skills and incorporate that into the regression session during some of the healing parts and I found that beneficial and helpful as well. If you're curious about this, exploring some of your issues and getting to the root of them, or if you're just curious about what might have been going on for you in a past life, I'd say give it a go and know that you will be looked after.

The Spiritual Scientist is based at Oak’s Lodge on Fordham Road, Newmarket, a modern and welcoming wellness venue located just off the A14 and close to Tesco.

The studio provides a calm, comfortable setting for Reiki, hypnotherapy and other holistic treatments, offering a quiet space away from the demands of everyday life. Sessions are tailored to each individual, with a focus on relaxation, self-awareness and supporting positive change.

The experience

The studio is calm, comfortable and private, providing a relaxed environment where you can take some time for yourself. Whether you're coming for Reiki, hypnotherapy or one of the regression therapies, each session is adapted to your individual needs and intentions.

With a background in molecular biology alongside professional training in holistic therapies, I take an approach that combines a grounded, practical perspective with complementary therapeutic techniques.
