Deep tissue massage was great, Kristine was very experienced and a lot of knots u don Think it would be great to give option for silence as would have liked opportunity to fully relax into it but

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. From the treatment to the ‘spa’ itself. Massage was sporadic and inconsistent - was supposed to be full body - missed my scapula, abdomen, head and NECK! The bed was uncomfortable, the room was ramshackled, the lighting was terrible - really bright, the tinny speaker in the hallway was dreadfully loud - just horrible. The massage started late and finished early - terrible, terrible experience.

Feet and legs were in a mess after a week in the mountains. Kristine did a great job and I felt good as new afterwards.
