I booked a 2.5-hour massage as a birthday treat after a stressful few weeks. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The treatment started 20 minutes late, and the therapist left twice to answer calls. Although she said she’d extend the time, this didn’t happen. The massage was okay, but the facial felt basic. Noise from other clients also affected the experience. I left disappointed, especially given the cost.

Staff were friendly and massage was relaxing, but didn’t feel like authentic Thai and Indian head massage wasn’t long enough. Also the towel didn’t smell clean & toilets didn’t look very clean / fully stocked either.
