Best spa ever! We paid to upgrade our room and it was lovely. Wonderful meal in lock bar with delicious champagne in our package. Massage so good was zonked out that day and then next! Loved the whole ambiance of the spa and especially outdoor pool! Lovely touches such as Espa shampoo, conditioner and body wash in spa showers and our room. Wonderful having breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the river. Highly recommend it for any destination reason as it was busy with wedding, conference, legoland families and spa people yet it all gelled really well and was the best overall package my friend and I have ever done and we have been doing a 1 night spa stay for years. Will be going back at the earliest opportunity.
Good massage and nice food, but the ambience wasn't ideal for a couples retreat - more suited for a business environment. Spa facilities were ok but not great.
I have been using The Spa for years and really wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The staff are so welcoming and the treatments are just fabulous in very clean surroundings. The booking process is very simple and the beauty reception staff are extremely obliging as are the therapists who are punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.
The staff are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, most have been there years which stands testimonial in itself, they make you feel at home, happy and very comfortable.
The treatments offered are very varied and are all excellent, you will not be disappointed.
You will certainly enjoy you're experience their and come away feeling a 'new woman' and totally chilled out.
